Sitestack and Procore
Sitestack or Procore?
Procore is a large platform built for big contractors and owners. Sitestack is built for UK building firms that want the site records done well without a six figure roll out. Here is the difference, plainly.

Cost
What it costs.
Procore charges like this: A yearly fee per product, set by your annual construction volume. No price is published. Users are unlimited.
| Product | What it costs a firm with 10 staff | Where the figure comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Sitestack | £1,910 a year, ex VAT£191 a month, paying yearly for ten months. Growth plan, Site Control and Safety Pro, free logins for everyone outside your staff. | Our pricing page |
| Procore | About $15,000 to $30,000 a year for a small general contractor (outside estimate), plus set up | Outside estimate; they do not publish a price |
Checked 24 October 2026. Figures are in each company's own currency, not converted, and are not like for like: what each plan includes differs. Outside estimates are not quotes. Check current prices before you decide.

Fair is fair
Where Procore is stronger.
We would rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one.
Breadth
Procore covers preconstruction, project management, financials, resource management and a lot more. If you need all of that on one platform for a large portfolio, it is far wider than Sitestack.
Integrations and ecosystem
It advertises hundreds of marketplace integrations and a large user community. Sitestack is young and has far fewer connections.
Scale and track record
It is used on very large jobs by very large firms, and has the support, training and partner network to match.

A price you can read
Procore asks for a quote and bases it on your construction volume. Sitestack publishes every price. A ten person firm can see the yearly figure before talking to anyone.
Built for UK site work
Part L photo evidence, RAMS and toolbox talks, permits to work and dig, JCT and NEC4 administration and fair payment flags are part of the product, not a US tool with a UK label.
Light to set up
Start a job, add your team and take the first photo the same day. Subcontractors and clients can answer by email reply link with no login at all.
Free logins for your supply chain
Procore also includes unlimited users. The difference is the starting price, not the user count.
The short answer
Which should you pick?
Pick Procore if
You run a large portfolio, need cost management, preconstruction and finance on one platform, and have the budget and a team to roll it out.
Pick Sitestack if
You are a UK building, groundworks, electrical or refurbishment firm that wants diary, photos, snags, registers and safety done well, at a price you can see.
