Security and data
Your records stay yours, and stay private.
Site records hold people, photos and commercial detail. Here is how access is controlled, where your data is held and where to read the agreements.

Access
How access works.
Access by role
Admins, managers and operatives see what their role allows, and an admin can change what each role can do.
Limited outside logins
Subcontractor, consultant and client logins see only the job they are on and the items they are given, never the rest of your company.
A record of changes
Changes to records are written to an audit log. You can search it, with the change history of a record, in the Compliance and Accreditation add-on.
Two step sign in
A company can require two step sign in with an authenticator app for everyone who logs in.
Your data
Where it is held, and who handles it.
Your data is held in the United Kingdom, in London. You stay in charge of the records you keep. Sitestack looks after them for you under a Data Processing Agreement.
The services that help us run Sitestack, such as hosting, email and payments, are listed in the agreement.
Whatever happens
Your records, whatever happens.
If you switch an add-on off or stop paying, your records stay. You can still read and export what you recorded. You only lose the ability to start new work in a tool you no longer have.
